TIO announces 40 per cent rise in Optus complaints

Complaints to the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman (TIO) rose by 9.9 per cent in the last quarter between October and December.
One of the key factors blamed for the rise, was Optus’ data breach late last year.
TIO CEO Cynthia Gebert told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live customer service issues are still the most reported.
