Three highly experienced commissioners have been appointed to lead the City of Nedlands after the snap resignation of four councillors earlier this month left more than half of the council positions vacant.

Local Government Minister Hannah Beazley spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the commissioners would be appointed until the special election on March 28 next year.
