A mothers decision to send strongly worded emails to her son’s school complaining about the canteen service has resulted in her son being banned from buying any food.

Natalie Durer spoke to 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead on her disappointment in the school’s decision after she apologised.

“I have jumped through every hoop to try and get my son access to the canteen,” she said.
