Speaking to 6PR Drive host Mark Doran, Karen Grant explained how every individual has a personal story to share.

“The way we approach it is each of those numbers represents a person and every person has a story that’s personal to them and what might be a crisis to me, might not be a crisis to you but there’s no judgement with our crisis supporters,” she said.

If you or someone you know needs support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or visit lifeline.org.au.
