The three behaviours for a successful diet according to CSIRO

The CSIRO has developed an AI “weight loss coach” using machine learning technology.
The Total Wellbeing Diet has been “shaped by over 100 million data points” from 11,000 members of the diet.
Spokesperson for the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, Pennie McCoy, told 6PR Breakfast they focused on three key behaviours.
“It was following the menu plans, it was tracking food, and weighing regularly,” she said on 6PR Breakfast.
“What happened with those three key behaviours – people who really stuck to those the most were likely to lose around 8.1 per cent weight, compared to those people who were a little bit less engaged, losing around 3.3 per cent.”
