Terence Kelly has been sentenced to 13 years and six months behind bars, for abducting then-four-year-old Cleo Smith from a Carnarvon campsite while high on meth.

Cleo’s parents watched on as the judge handed down her sentence.

He’ll be eligible for parole after 11 years and six months.
