Author, journalist and podcast host, Evan Ratliff, has released a tell-all book about the incredible true story of a decade-long quest to bring down criminal mastermind Paul Le Roux.

Paul Le Roux, a South African born former programmer turned one of the biggest cartel boss’, created a ruthless and frightening internet-powered drug cartel.

“He first starting selling online pills in the early 2000’s – the drugs he got into were these particular pain killers which were not actually controlled by the US Government as no one know the opioid crisis was getting worse,” Mr Ratliff said.

“Le Roux was creating websites where Americans could order the drugs online, their order would go to a real doctor in the US, that was recruited by Le Roux and his network. The doctor would create a real prescription and that would be sent to pharmacies.”
