One of Australia’s most loved chef’s Matt Moran was in Perth this weekend for the Derby, as a Culinary Ambassador for Optus.

With a career spanning over 30 years in the Australian food industry, including TV shows, best-selling cookbooks, and owning some of Australia’s top restaurants, Matt Moran has a world of expertise to share.

He joined Jamie Burnett on Weekends and spoke about owning restaurants, lessons learnt from failure, sandwich shops and more.
