On The Long Table this week is wood-fired pizzas, as Jye Glaskin, head of one of Perth’s best pizza joints,  joins us in studio.

Il Falco is one of Mount Hawthorns most recent additions, already much loved by the locals.

Jye has more than 20 years of experience, and has been behind Little Creatures, Quarter Acre, Ruinbar and more.

Il Falco is definitely one to try for great for a pizza and “a cheeky negroni or a glass of wine”… or take advantage of their BYOB days.

“I think people are sort of watching what they’re spending, so it’s very relaxed what we’re doing,” says Jye.
