Perth favourite Daryl Braithwaite has announced he will no longer be touring or playing live.

The music legend told 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont that a breathing issue is affecting his vocal cords, and he does not want to deliver anything less than 100 per cent to his fans.

“I’m not getting the happiness or joy that I’ve had for the five decades before and I just thought it’s now just become too hard to sing”, he said.
