The Housing Industry Association has welcomed the Coalition’s announcement today that if elected, it will revise lending rules that are locking Australians out of the housing market.

HIA managing director Jocelyn Martin spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said getting more people into their own homes would help free up rental accommodation.
