A City of Stirling Councillor wants bin collections to start later, saying before 7am is just too early.

Cr Elizabeth Re says the council has received a number of complaints from residents saying they’re being disturbed by early morning waste collections. But the council is having issues convincing management of the sub contractors who collect the recycle bins.
