‘The country needs a big shake-up’: Pauline Hanson says voters are fed up with Labor not delivering
Senator Pauline Hanson is setting her sights on the 2028 federal election, hoping to win Western Australian seats, backed by polling that suggests One Nation could secure up to 59 lower house seats across Australia.
The One Nation leader told 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont the current Labor government is “destroying our future prosperity”, saying Anthony Albanese has swung too far to the left.
“Pushed forward now, socialist, communist policies aided and abetted by the Greens”, she said.
Hanson also detailed her party’s focus on small business and local government reform.
“We want people to stand for local government. A lot is happening in local government, and here the problems will start. A lot of these ones, these agitators, those people with their bad policy decisions start in local government”, she said.
