With the rising cost of living it’s no surprise building in Perth has also increased, even with government grants.

Strategic Property Group managing director Trent Fleskens spoke to 6PR Millsy at Midday host Steve Mills about the increased costs of building a house.

“The price to build has gone up 40-50 percent,” said Mr Fleskens.
