Anthony Albanese will be the first sitting Prime Minister to march in the annual Mardi Gras parade in Sydney.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford took to Twitter to make a ‘sarcastic’ call out of the PM, saying he will spend more time walking along Oxford Street than he did in Alice Springs.

“A sarcastic tweet never works on Twitter – I think it’s almost literally true but I was trying to raise a broader point,” Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl.
