Ahead of his 35th Melbourne Cup call Greg Miles joins Pete and Haggers, telling the boys it doesn’t get any easier. 

Miles called his first Cup at the tender age of just 22 and still thinks he has a few more left in him. 

‘I still get a bit toey,’ Miles said. 

‘I said after about ’83 or ’84 or something I turned to Joe Brown and said, ‘does this ever get any easier?’ and he said, ‘oh yes, but only just a little bit.’

‘I think he’s been proven to be absolutely right.’
