Telstra has become the latest business to charge customers in order to receive a paper bill.

Customers will be slugged with a $2.20 fee on top of their normal bill if they want a paper bill.

Print & Visual Communication Association Kellie Northwood told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live it has nothing to do with the environment.

“They know that it will hit those who can afford it the least,” said Ms Northwood.
