Airline cancellation costs are the focus of Choice and their ‘super complaint’ to the ACCC.

‘We were quite literally swamped with people coming forward, not just with complaints around delay’s and cancellations within the airlines’ control, but things around no refund claims and excessive cancellation fees and a really nasty clause, called a no show clause,’ Tom Godfrey from Choice says about an airline servey they opened up to the public.
