The State Government has announced a pledge to legislate net zero emissions by 2050.

However, this pledge will affect hundreds of Western Australian businesses.

Head of Clean Transitions at Greenpeace Australia Pacific Jess Panegyres told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live WA is in a prime position to go net zero.

“WA actually has more renewable resources than any other state or territory in Australia,” said Ms Panegyres.
