Two of television’s most prestigious hosting gigs are up for grabs as speculation continues on who might fill them.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast that Chris O’Keefe has emerged as the frontrunner to sit in the chair at A Current Affair after veteran Tracey Grimshaw’s departure.

The Project is also looking for a new co-host after Carrie Bickmore’s tearful confirmation this week she was leaving the show she has fronted for 13 years, with several high-profile personalities in the running to replace her.
