Yesterday someone emailed Sue’s employer pretending to be her, asking for pay slips and to change her bank account details.

Fortunately, Sue’s employer replied to her work email address and not to the scammers but it wasn’t the only attempt.

She had just received a text from Optus about her billing information, but it wasn’t Optus.
