Westpac has announced it will provide annual leave for those undergoing fertility treatment.

They are not the first company to use work perks to keep workers employed.

Australia and Asia Pacific director of Robert Half Recruitment Agency Nicole Gorton told 6PR Mornings work perks don’t have to be financial.

“There are so many other perks companies can consider,” said Ms Gorton.
