The President Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, Rob Coales joined Gary Adshead to provide an update on the Watkins Road Transfer Station.

The site was closed following the discovery that it had been contaminated with asbestos.

Discussions have been held to determine a solution, and residents and rate-payers have been given alternative solutions for their waste disposal in the mean time.
