New research suggests that not all screentime before bed negatively affects sleep.

Healthylife Advisory Board member Dr Moira Junge told Perth Live that the right type of screentime can actually have a positive impact.
“It’s really important to work out for yourself, does that help me to sleep, or is that something that is keeping me awake,” she said.
