Scientists reveal unusual diet tip that can help you lose weight

Millsy & Karl

Scientists have discovered an unusual diet hack that could help you lose weight.

By cutting your food up into smaller pieces and spreading it across your plate can significantly reduce over-eating.

Accredited Dietician and the Chief Health Officer at Healthy Life Australia, Simon Austins, says it’s a build on mindful eating.

“It just slows the whole process down, you’re a bit more aware of what you’re eating and your gut then has a chance to tell your brain, hey I am full, stop,” Ms Austins told Millsy and Karl.
