The proposed Scarborough-Trigg boardwalk is moving forward, with a recent community consultation revealing 70% support for the plan.

City of Stirling Mayor, Mark Irwin, informed Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that the City will now analyse the feedback to incorporate it into the design phase.

“What this has shown is that the community wants something along that area; they want to feel safer, they want to enjoy the journey between Scarborough and Trigg, and we can progress on to try to show them how that will look,” he said.
