The City of Subiaco has been slowly dying for years and the departure of the football has increased the demise, but some help is coming for Subiaco businesses.

A Perth company, Terrific Trading, is helping established Subiaco businesses take advantage of their suburb’s redevelopment.

“If you’ve got an area that’s being regenerated, as is happening with Subiaco with new developments, you’ve got the opportunity for people to see you through fresh eyes,” Director of Curiosity, Jurek Leon told 6PR Breakfast.

“So you need to make sure you’re presenting the best version of you for them to see.”
