The potential of much-loved Australian comedian and television host is apparently still up in the air.

Pang was questioned on Front Bar over whether he would or would not pick up the role but remained tight-lipped.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast Sam Pang was a well-known personality with a lot of media exposure, so it would make sense.

“I think he probably keeps the guessing game going,” Mr Ford said.
