It was a successful run for the John Hughes Rumour File this morning, with two separate rumours confirmed.

TAKE IT TO THE BANK told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast on Friday that Tourism WA’s new brand campaign to promote tourism in the west will feature Empire of the Sun’s hit song Walking on a Dream and a strong Indigenous element. The McGowan government will today launch the global campaign with WA songwriter Luke Steele, TourismĀ  Minister Roger Cook and Tourism WA boss Carolyn Turnbull.

UNBELIEVABLE last week told Parker that four acts had been locked in already for this month’s AFL Grand Final at the MCG, including G-Flip, which was confirmed by the league today.
