Australias Chef de Mission Kitty Chiller says preparations are not where they should be for the 2016 games in Rio. Chiler amazingly competed in the pentathlon at the Sydney Olympics with a fractured knee cap and now faces the challenge of helping Australias Olympic team back to prominence.
