With the rising cost of living pressures many households are facing, residents in the City of Vincent will now face a 7.6% rate hike in the next financial year.

Emma Cole, City of Vincent Mayor told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live that the rate hike comes with a justified explanation including a new underground power project.
