Qantas warned to “do better” as complaints surge

Australia’s consumer watchdog has hit out at Qantas over increased customer disputes, arguing it has received the most complaints about the airline.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Comission said it was contacted nearly 1740 times over the 2021-2022 financial year with complaints directed toward the national airline.
The number of reports was reported as one-third higher than the second most complained-about company.
