Qantas has received five Shonky Award’s for poor customer service and handling of flight credits.

Choice CEO Alan Kirkland told 6PR Breakfast host Gareth Parker Qantas deserves the award.

“Qantas is a deserving winner… they haven’t given that superior level of customer service,” said Mr Kirkland.
