A proposal to build a light rail in Perth, connecting its outer suburbs, is being revived.

David Lim, Vice President of the City of Perth Western Residents Association, explains to Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that this light rail remains a viable and necessary solution.

“The government needs to be more open to ideas to address the traffic congestion,” he said.
