Dr Penny Brotja, RMIT University Sensory, Nutrition and food lecturer, explains to Perth Live host Oliver Peterson that the current system has major flaws that must be dealt with:
“Potentially some sort of rating system where you can compare the healthiness of all products as a whole would be a better system to help consumers to make that informed decision,” she said.
