Prospective land owners have been told they will not receive their land titles despite waiting for nearly 12 months to begin building.

Land developer Parcel Property told clients that, despite waiting since April last year, their allotted properties had not received full clearance for building.

Prospective land owner Michelle told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings the constant delays to their building plans were “heartbreaking”.
