Police make 19 arrests and seize $7 million and 28kg of heroin in massive drug bust

WA Police have taken a huge quantity of illegal drugs off the streets and made multiple arrests after three targeted operations that included cooperation from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in the United States.
Over $7 million, 28kg of heroin, 3kg of methylamphetamine were seized by the Serious and Organised crime division.
Six firearms and 3000 rounds of ammunition were also seized.

Police have made 19 arrests and 52 charges have been laid.
6PR reporter Jake Battrick told Millsy at Midday detectives posed as drug importers and got dealers to buy non-existent drugs.
When they went to collect the drugs, they were arrested.
WA Police have seized over $50 million from organised crime in the last financial year.
