Police Commissioner Col Blanch explained to Perth Today host Simon Beaumont the protocols Optus failed to follow during the outage.

Click PLAY to hear Col Blanch discuss a variety of local issues.

Blanch stated that Optus’s initial report came 22 hours after the outage began and only accounted for 26 of 149 failed Triple Zero calls.
