Senior Curator at the National Film and Sound Archive Simon Smith joined Tod Johnston on Nights with a list of the NFSA’s most wanted recordings that could be sitting on your old tapes.

Tod and Simon also discuss the important cultural history of television within Australia, and the need to preserve this shared identity.

The NFSA are particularly looking for old copies of the Swan Television produced drama ‘The Drifter’ (1973-74).
