Firefighters are at the scene of a fire along Lord Street in the city.

The fire started at the business around an hour ago. Phil is in the area and told Gareth Parker on Mornings road closures are in place.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services says 10 appliances are at the scene and workers have been evacuated.
