Karl O’Callaghan spoke to the owner of Bumbak’s Preserves and Ice-creams Jo Bumbak, who is winning the war on food waste.

The company buys imperfect fruit and vegetables from local farmers and turns them into award-winning products.

Jo has been named the State Government’s Infinity Awards Waste Champion for 2018.
