In 2017 Luke Newton built ‘the peoples slide’ in his backyard in Heathridge.

The slide didn’t meet the City of Joondalup’s safety standards.

Now the slide is in the hands of the Boxwood Hill Football Club.

Luke spoke with Simon Beaumont about how the slide ended up at the Boxwood Hill Football Club.
