What’s good on the barbie this spring

Spring is right around the corner and so is the perfect weather for a backyard barbecue.

David Torre from Torre Butchers joined Oly Peterson in the studio today to give Perth LIVE listeners all the tips for the perfect spring barbecue.

“Rump steak used to be so popular but we hardly sell it anymore.

“So we’ve reinvented that by slicing a beautiful 1-1.5 kg piece nice and thick and having that barbecued so it becomes a sharing meal for the family.”
