Wesley Ballantine died in 2017 while working at the old GPO building in Forrest Place.
Yesterday site contractors Valmont were fined $38,000 over the incident.
Wesley’s mum Regan Ballantine spoke to Gareth Parker, saying she is absolutely gutted.
