It took Caversham local, Shane Johnston just 16 hours and 44 minutes to run 6420m of elevation and win a race between Europe’s tallest mountains.
He spoke with Lisa Barnes, who’s keeping the seat warm for Jane Marwick, about the mind set required to run a 100km ultra-marathon.
