“We expect about 70% to be spent and 30% saved” Ben Wyatt on the energy credit boost

Every West Australian household will receive a $600 one-off credit towards their next electricity bill as part of the 20-21 State Budget.

Treasurer Ben Wyatt joined Gareth Parker to explain how the credit would be delivered.

He also said he expected the measure would stimulate the economy as West Australians would spend on average 70 per cent of the savings created.
