WA Pharmacists welcome emergency prescription measures

Emergency supply measures for prescriptions have been given the green light – making it easier for people to access vital medication during the current coronavirus situation.

Director of the WA Branch of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia Matthew Tweedie is reassuring people supplies of medications are still available – and says hoarding is not needed.

He told Gareth Parker on Mornings as of yesterday – emergency measures have been extended – to help those who might not be able to see their doctor to get their regular script.
