The State Government has announced live estimated travel times will now be displayed on overhead electronic signs along Perth freeways, during peak hour traffic.

Transport minister Rita Saffioti told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the estimates are calculated using existing detection sensors in the road, and other technologies.
