Turns out a good nights sleep might start in our kitchens!

There are few things more frustrating than getting a bad night’s sleep for no reason.

But it turns out a good night’s sleep might actually start in our kitchen and what we’re eating!

Researchers have been looking into how nutrition impacts sleep quality and it might even be responsible for disorders such an insomnia, hypersomnia, and sleep apnea.

The results aren’t complete – there’s much more testing to be done – it turns out, our diet can impact our sleep a lot.
