Mornings with Gareth Parker has revealed WA builder Cooper & Oxley has struck financial trouble, and notified contractors that it can’t currently pay them.

The Jolimont-based builder, which has been operating in WA for more than 60 years, informed stakeholders in the form of the below letter:
